Application Guidelines


1.  Please complete applicant entirely.  Incomplete applications will not be accepted nor processed.  Each adult (over 18)residing on the property must also complete an application regardless of credit, qualifications or length of occupancy.

2.  Application Fee is $20.00 per applicant or married couple.  Note: The application fee is non-refundable and is not a guarantee to rent the property.  You can submit the fee via credit card or Pay Pal below.

3.  The credit report charge is $35.00 per applicant or married couple and is collected only if you are accepted as the tenant for the property.

4.  Application approval and process is 1-5 business days depending upon the number of applicants, response to our verifications or timely submission of documents by the applicant.

5.  A good rental reference from your landlord is required.  Or a good mortgage payment history is required.  Good credit will assist you in qualifying to rent.  Poor credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Self-employed applicants will need banking statements, recent 1099's and other related items.

6.  Upon approval, the property could be held for up to 30 days but not with every property, please check with our office.  We will require payment for your credit report and a holding deposit due immediately upon acceptance.

7.  Information about the property is not guaranteed and each applicant should view the property to ensure the amenities meet your requirements. 

8.  Upon submission of your application, authorizes us to verify and evaluate the information provided.  And the applicant certifies that the information provided is true, accurate and correct.

9.  You authorize Delta Star Management to obtain a credit report and FICO score from your application.

10.  Your credit report is obtained through CBC Innovis.  A copy of your credit report is available upon request.
