How Our Services Work
As soon as your home is available for rent or when tenants give their 30-day notice to vacate, we begin marketing and advertising immediately to have your home occupied as soon as possible. We show your home to qualified prospective tenants and collect applications. A thorough credit and reference check are then completed. Upon acceptance of a tenant we collect a security deposit and it is held in our trust account or if requested by you.
When rent is received from the tenant, it is forwarded to you quickly on single family homes or a scheduled date for multiple units. An easy-to-read monthly statement is also mailed with the rent check showing any activity that took place. And if any repairs were performed or bills paid during the month, a copy of the invoice or billing statement will also be included. We send out reliable service people for your maintenance needs. If a repair is needed that appears to be costly, we notify you to discuss our plan of action.
