Request is for current Delta Star Management tenants only.
Your request will be handled in the order received.
Our office or repair person may contact you for further
information, validity, request decision or to schedule an
appointment with you. Delay in your request may be caused
by seasonal weather conditions, obtaining bids, availability
of parts or unsuccessful attempts in contacting you.
To ensure your request is received, call our office.
Any repair or maintenance may be subject to prior owner
approval therefore; not all request may be completed.
Repair or damages caused by tenant, will be the
responsibility of the tenant and any subsequent charges.
